Fields and farm

The company’s fields and farms are located in the northeastern part of the Chernihiv region of Ukraine, where approximately 1,000 hectares of organic land (pastures, hayfields, and arable land) are cultivated, and around 500 head of cattle are raised in accordance with European organic production standards.

Soil, air, and water resources are inspected and monitored several times a year by certified organic control bodies. Animal feed consists exclusively of organic raw materials and contains no harmful additives. Organic farming strictly prohibits the use of hormones, GMOs, pesticides, and herbicides.

Dairy processing plant

The company’s production facilities are located near Kyiv, in the Boryspil district, in the village of Velyka Oleksandrivka. Each month, the plant processes over 60 tons of premium-grade organic milk, which is then supplied as high-quality finished products to supermarket shelves in Kyiv and across Ukraine.

  • The plant is equipped with modern production machinery, with key components supplied by the renowned Israeli company TESSA
  • The production process does not use homogenization (mechanical breaking of fat globules with enzymes), which helps preserve the product’s natural structure
  • Milk pasteurization is carried out in a gentle mode at 72°C, allowing the consumer to receive the maximum amount of nutrients

All production processes — incoming raw materials, product ingredients, equipment, packaging materials, as well as the finished product — undergo multiple inspections each year by certification and regulatory authorities in accordance with European organic standards.
The organic processing certificate is renewed annually.
In the production of organic dairy products, the use of thickeners, preservatives, and artificial colorants is strictly prohibited.
